Giclee (pronounced zhee-clay) is an archival quality fine art print reproduced from an original piece of artwork. The image is digitally captured and printed directly to various substrates including canvas and fine art paper. This technique creates the highest quality prints available; incredibly detailed with vivid and accurate color.
Custom options include artwork printed on aluminum, acrylic and bamboo. Select images may also be ordered in custom sizes. Hand embellishment is also available to add detailed brushstroke texture to your canvas. Our knowledgeable consultants will help you to select an image and determine the best size and format for your space.
Limited edition prints are prints that are published in limited quantities, on high quality archival papers and canvases. The prints are signed by the artist and numbered to indicate the number of prints made and the number of that particular print in the sequence. For example, the number 20/100 indicates that the edition has been limited to 100 prints and this was the 20th print made in the series. The printing plate or screen is destroyed after the edition is completed. This is to ensure the value of the prints.
Fine Art Prints are open edition prints that are published on high quality papers and canvases. Many of these prints are also available on canvas and in custom sizes.
